It’s not a statement. It’s a hand gesture.

In 1964 werd de Porsche ‘901’ geboren in Stuttgart. Nadat Armand Peugeot en Ferdinand Porsche waren uit geruzied over de 0 in het midden, koos Ferdinand eieren voor z’n geld. Iets met het motto; Choose your battles. De ‘911’ was direct een schot in de roos; Tegenwoordig staat Porsche equivalent aan de 911 in naamsbekendheid.

Mede dankzij deze naamsbekendheid ontstond er eigenlijk al vrijwel direct een zogenoemde ‘outlaw’ groep, die op basis van de iconische 911 modellen (de F-modellen) hele eigen, vaak verbeterde versies creëerde. Zo werd onze 911 ooit geboren als één van de weinige 911 T’s zónder olieklepje in 1972. Ze werd compleet aangepakt door Speedservice en Lusso Classics, beiden partijen bekend voor het extreem hoogstaande werk en -kwaliteit.

Eindresultaat? Onder haar complete Kevlar (!) rok, schuilt een veel modernere Porsche 993 motor en bak, de laatste luchtgekoelde versie. De remmerij en onderstel is van het gemeenste zusje geleend; de Porsche 930 Turbo. 340 Pferden, een korte- vijfbak, een totale Kevlar koets en erg breed rubber op de achteras. We horen je denken; Is dat allemaal nodig? Absoluut niet. Is het leuk? Potverdorie wat goed!

Opgebouwd met de meest hoogstaande materialen; uiteraard ook alles waar mogelijk, origineel Porsche. En ja; ook de Cibie’s zijn echt!
